Many years ago, before setting up Switch Vision, Alison gained trained at the London Guildhall School of Music & Drama and is a Master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which covers key skills in personal and organisational development. Alison has a diverse background in Theatre, TV and Business. She ran two successful drama schools before selling them off and fleeing to Turkey where she worked as a script writer, actress and director for Turkish Radio and TV. For her sins, she wrote the script for the presenters in the Eurovision Song Contest in Istanbul, then decided it was time to go back to the UK. Since then, she's published books of plays and given workshops on learning psychology to teachers.
