2012 - Environmental Policy

The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), which is awarding the contracts, has stated that reducing carbon emissions and recycling are just two of the ways it intends to keep the environmental impact of London 2012 to a minimum.
While it is not currently a legal requirement, some Olympic contractors may be actively seeking a supplier with "green" credentials, plus the benefits for your business are numerous.
Contractors may ask for proof of this commitment in the form of an environmental policy, which will cover how you are going to comply with legislation and monitor your performance.
