2012 - Diversity Policy

Employing a diverse workforce has already been shown to make businesses more competitive and productive, and it has now been named as a key priority for London 2012 suppliers.
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), which is awarding work to the main contractors, will be measuring the diversity of the businesses within the contractors' supply chains. The aim is that every business has an equal chance, regardless of their race, gender or ability.
